Company History
Lauretano Sign Group is a family owned business, founded in 1947 by Mickey Lauretano, father of the current President, Michael Lauretano. Michael has been at the helm since 1974, along with his mother Amelia, until her retirement in 1988.
The Lauretano Sign Group is located at One Tremco Drive, Terryville, CT and is a leading provider of national corporate signage programs throughout North America and the world.
1946 - Mickey Lauretano opens Lauretano Sign Company on Wood Court, Terryville, CT
1949 - LSC moves to Old Friemuth Dairy Building on North Main St, Terryville, CT
1955 - Lauretano Sign Company moves to Tomilson Ave, Terryville, CT
1966 - Mickey Lauretano's wife Amelia takes over after her husband's passing
1972 - Mike Lauretano joins Lauretano Sign Company full time
1980 - Lauretano Sign Company accomplishes its first bank changeout
1987 - Lauretano Sign Company moves to Emmett St, Bristol, Ct
1993 - Lauretano Sign Group moves to Plymouth Industrial Park, Terryville, CT
2000 - Lauretano Sign Group enters the new millennium
2007 - Lauretano Sign Group celebrates its 60 Year Anniversary
