LED Sign Lighting

LED sign lighting has become a specialty at Lauretano Sign Group because it allows us to help our customers have highly reliable and energy-efficient signage. Retro-fitting existing signs with LEDs may save up to 83% of the kilo-watt hours over the energy consumption of an existing sign. And, the durability and longevity of LED lighting will make it virtually maintenance-free which is not the case with neon lighting. Responsible recycling technologies
Lauretano Sign Group recognizes the need for all industries to reduce their impact on the environment. Our recycling policy is roof of that fact. Lauretano Sign Group and its affiliate subcontractors recycle 100% of our un-used materials. Any hazardous materials, such as the neon and lamps which contain mercury, are sent to recovery facilities that will properly process and reclaim these materials for re-use. All of those materials are processed in their appropriate facilities and in accordance with all federal and state regulations to ensure that the highest quality standards are adhered to.

Your signs
Existing signs that required disposal, once removed, will be transported back to our facility to be dismantled. Once dismantled, all materials will be placed in separate bins and transported to the appropriate recycling facility for processing. All new signs are produced with the highest material yield in mind, avoiding unnecessary processing without sacrificing quality. Any remaining scrap is placed in specific bins and transported regularly to the appropriate recycling facility for processing.

What do we recycle?
Metals: Aluminum, steel, brass, & copper.
Plastics: Acrylics, polycarbonates, & specialty composites.
Electronic Sign Components: Insulated wiring, ballasts & transformers.
Glass & Lamps: Neon, fluorescent, metal halide & mercury vapor.
Industrial Chemicals: Cleaners, solvents & curing agents.
But, it doesn't stop there. We also recycle our wood crating materials, cordless tool batteries, computers, & other electronics.
At Lauretano Sign, if it can be recycled, it will be recycled.

Lean Manufacturing

To better serve our customers, increase our flexibility, and decrease our lead times, Lauretano Sign Group has undertaken a rigorous one year lean manufacturing process that is now coming to fruition. Utilizing state of the art lean manufacturing techniques and equipment Lauretano is now unveiling its prototype channel letter bench which has already increased productivity and decreased lead times.
